KITCHEN CONTINUOUSLY OPEN
The kitchen of Brasserie Middenstandshuis is run by Mrs., who is the chef at the stove. Our restaurant is open continuously every day from noon to 9:30 p.m., Monday to 9 p.m. We are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In our tearoom you are welcome to enjoy a delicious pancake, waffle or a tasty ice cream from Mövenpick. We also have a separate ice cream menu with plenty of delicious sundaes.

Laan 7 That is the name of the new restaurant in which we plan to indulge in the coming years. But we would never have had the idea to remodel this 1970s villa without you, our clientele. The Boelare 14 restaurant was a successful venture. At first Kim and I may have been a little uncomfortable, but soon we felt more and more encouraged by your many compliments. We have always played our greatest asset from the beginning. And that is our training of restaurant owners.
Kim and I want to spoil you at restaurant. We consider that a total concept: The welcoming of our guests, the dedication of the chef, the play of light, colors and tastes that differ. And for us, that may come with a touch of nostalgia.
Because all our efforts have been so well responded to, we are venturing into a new chapter. The villa at 7 Leopoldlaan is an almost quaint symbol of the golden 1970s. It’s an outside opportunity we couldn’t pass up. The stairs, large open spaces and soon a large terrace. This is the ideal setting to continue the concept that we feel has always suited Eeklo: tempus fugit amor manet.

The Roste Muis is a respite for visitors in the tumult of existence. This pub, situated among the fields of flat land and bordering the most beautiful natural areas of the polders, has everything one’s heart could desire. As a restaurant, it is highly recommended because of the eel dishes and the other suggestions and regional dishes tailored to the seasons with care. The excellent and full range of eel dishes make the Roste Muis one of the best eel restaurants in the Creekside area.
